Dojo is a class library for JavaScript and DHTML. At the core of Dojo is a package system that can include as little or as much of this class library as your application needs. Dojo "plays nice" with other tools (does not pollute gloabal objects or namespace) and is lightweight to develop with and even faster when you deploy it.
